The Sheraton Hotel in Parsippany located at 199 Smith Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054 offers an upscale, chic and contemporary party experience with 20,000 square feet of event space and stunning ballroom. Conveniently located near Route 80, 287 and Route 10.

The Westin Governor Morris located at 2 Whippany Road, Morristown, NJ 07960 is a modern and upscale hotel with beautiful NEW lobby and spacious ballroom. Located in the heart of northern New Jersey, the hotel is near Route 287 and Route 24.

Tickets are currently $249 per person and include 5-hours of Premium Open Bar, cocktail hour, 3-course sit-down dinner, dessert, LIVE Performances, DJ Entertainment and a champagne toast at midnight. Party favors and all New Year's Eve decorations will be provided. Party begins at 8:00pm and ends 1:00am. We have special discounted Couples Packages for $649 that includes two tickets and an overnight hotel room. Book Early – prices will go up and we sell out every year! All rates do NOT include hotel taxes/gratuities and booking fees.

We are serving a 3-course dinner which includes Salad, Filet Mignon/Shrimp and Cheesecake. Guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies, please email us at NewYearsEve2016@gmail.com.

You may arrive at the hotel anytime after 2:00pm on 12/31/2024 for hotel room accommodations. Check-out has been granted a "late" check-out of 1:00pm on 1/1/2025.

Breakfast is served in the Ballroom on 1/1/2025 from 8:00am-11:00am for overnight hotel guests who purchased the VIP Couple's Package.

Semi Formal – trendy and sophisticated – we encourage woman to wear a cocktail dress or pant suit. Men should wear a suit or jacket. Black Tie optional.

Adults 21 & Over – We get a nice mix of singles and couples ages 30-60 is the age range. It's a mature and upscale audience, not stuffy or boring, but certainly not wild and out of control either. All guests are seated at reserved tables by age. We have zero tolerance for any rude, abusive or foul behavior. Any use of illegal drugs or excessive drinking will be handled by our security team – disruptive guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Don't worry – we mix things up! We are using a professional sound system for our Bands/DJ and really awesome lights to create a great club/live sound and atmosphere. Bring a good attitude and you are guaranteed to have a great time – regardless! We are playing CURRENT & NEW popular music – Rock, Disco, 70's, 80's, 90's, Hip Hop, Dance, Club, Latin, and Top 40 Hits!

Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in our Purchase Policy. If refunds for your event are approved by the Event Organizer, you will see a “Request a Refund” link in your email. After submitting your request, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer.

Please note that, for canceled events, no action is required to receive your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer. In some instances, the Event Organizer may give you the option to request a refund, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit. If that is the case, we will notify you of those options.

Purchase Policy

  1. Currency

    All ticket prices for events are stated in U.S. Dollars.

  2. Payment Methods

    We accept several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

  3. Who You Are Buying From

    We act as the agent to those who provide events, such as artists, venues, promoters, and hotels (the “Event Organizer”). We generally sell tickets on behalf of the Event Organizer, though, in some rare instances, we may own a small number of tickets as part of our services contract with the Event Organizer. When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in the United States, Majestic Events LLC will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Organizer.

  4. Order Confirmation and Processing

    Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation, in the form of a confirmation page or email (“Order Confirmation”).

    If you do not receive an Order Confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm via your account whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

  5. Service Fees, Order Processing Fees, Taxes, and Pre-Paid Gratuities

    Tickets purchased on our Site are typically subject to, among other possible fees, a per ticket service fee and a per order processing fee. We collect tax as required by state and local laws. We may display the tax separately or include it in the total service fee at. In many cases, you may need to pay a gratuity or service fee. Please note that the ticket fee, as well as the order processing fee, may not reflect the actual cost to deliver or process your order, and in some cases, these fees may include a profit to the Organizer.

  6. Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges

    All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in this section. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and hotel selection.

    Refunds. If your event is eligible for refunds and funds have been received from the Event Organizer, we will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), any service fees, and any additional add-ons or upgrades (such as Suite upgrades).

    If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card (this includes refund requests made through the self-service option). If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.

    Credits. The Event Organizer may provide the option to request a credit for canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events; if so, we will send you a notification, and you can submit a request for credit in your account. Credits are provided by the Event Organizer. Credits may be applied toward the purchase of eligible event tickets and during the timeframe specified by the Event Organizer. Credits cannot be used for resale tickets, third-party hotels, ticket insurance, or gift cards. The Event Organizer will determine which future events, venues, and ancillary purchases are eligible, as well as the amount of the credit (including any potential promotional amount). The amount of the credit will always include at least 100% of the price of the original ticket(s), plus fees and taxes. Once you’ve requested to receive credit and we’ve verified your order is eligible for credit, we’ll send you a credit code which you can use for eligible purchases, along with instructions for redeeming that credit. Please note that credits typically have an expiration date, and must be used before that date. The email that you received with your credit code will contain the expiration date for your credit; you can also find the expiration date in your email.
